Part Time Workers' Rights

GMB Members who work part time have full rights 

Nearly a quarter of GMB members work part time and GMB is committed to protecting their rights.  As a part time worker, you should receive the same rate of pay per hour as full timers, training oportunities, pro rata holiday entitlement, career break schemes and contractual and parental leave.  Part timers should not be singled out when workers are selected for redundancy.
